Happy belated birthday to VaVaVoom of Skuki.

On Saturday 5th July 2014, one half of the Nigerian pop group was a year older. His brother Peeshaun and manager Moses planned a surprise house party for him which saw about 25 of his closest friends in attendance.

Spotted at the party were Phyno, Susan Peters, Olamide, Zeez, Juliet and Sonia Ibrahim, Moet Abebe, Eddie Lawani, and Stephanie Henshaw.

The birthday man and his friends partied all night long to non-stop music, and drinks.

The heartbeat of Lagos – Beat 99.9 FM, officially launched its sister radio station – Beat 97.9 FM in Ibadan, Oyo state on Friday 13th June 2014 at the Muave 21 Center.

Comedians Gbenga Adeyinka the 1st and Basketmouth hosted the event, which witnessed performances by D’banj, Seyi Shay, Oritse Femi, Phyno, Reminisce, May D, DJ Zeez, Saeon, Olamide, Skuki and Tillaman.

All guests including Toolz, Chris Ubosi, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, Jimmie Akinsola, and DJ Spinall, had a moment of silence for “Branama” singer Kefee who died that day.
