Kim Kardashian West goes Nude for British GQ as She Wins the GQ Woman of the Year Award

Last night the reality star and fashionista took home the award for GQ’s Woman of the Year escorted by her husband and father of their cute baby North, Kanye West. She rocked a stunning Ralph and Russo Couture beaded skirt over a latex Atsuko Kudo body suit. But for the October 2014 issue of British GQ, Kim opted for no clothing as she is sprawled over satin sheets nude
