Two HIV+ Chinese Men Sue after being Barred from Boarding Flight

This is quite a sad story.
Two HIV positive passengers are suing an airline after barring them from boarding one of its planes
.
According to the Daily Mail UK, the two men who were accompanied by a female friend are demanding £5,000 as well as an apology from the Chinese Spring Airline after they refused them entry to a flight from Shenyang to Shijiazhuang.
As soon as they informed the staff of their status, they were told their tickets had been cancelled. The three friends are now issuing a claim against the airline accusing the airline of discrimination.
A court in Sheyang has accepted the case, making it the first lawsuit against an airline for discriminating against an HIV positive person in China, the Global Times confirms.
On the official website of the airline, it states that it can refuse entry to individuals with “infectious diseases”.
According to the Chinese law, airlines can refuse to allow any individual with an infectious condition to board planes.
