A good number of Nigerian entertainers are going into politics.
Recently, Kate Henshaw and Desmond Elliot revealed that they also plan on revitalizing specific areas in Nigeria through politics.
Today, comedian Dan D’Humorous sent out a photo of a poster with details that he plans to contest for the Rivers state House of Assembly in 2015 for the Ikwerre Constituency.
“Vote Daniel Chibuzor Nnwoka for House of Assembly (Ikwerre Constituency)” read the poster.
“28yrs ago I was told I will be a leader of tomorrow… Today is that tomorrow.. THIS IS THE TIME AND I AM THE ONE…. #Rivers2015 #Renaissance2015″ he captioned the photo.
As with many comedians, they often joke about certain topics on social media, but Dan is clearly ready to join the political pact.
He replied a commenter who assumed he was joking about it. Dan is yet to reveal the political party he will be contesting under.
Should more entertainers join Nigerian politics?
