Abducted Covenant University Students Set Free
Earlier this month, BN reported that gunmen abducted two female Covenant University students, and that the culprits were requesting for a N150 million ransom.
The girls, Ejura Opaluwa, and Unekwu Opaluwa, aged 23, and 19, respectively, who are the daughters of Samson Opaluwa, a Director at the Federal Ministry of Works, have now been set free according toSahara Reporters.
They were released yesterday morning, however; it is unclear whether or not the ransom was paid.
